  • Initial consultation (in-person or online), 90 minutes
  • 1 follow-up consultation at week 6, 60 minutes
  • Check-in calls: 20-minute support calls at weeks 2 and 4 to review progress, adjust your plan, and provide guidance
  • 2 support emails between consultations or calls, if needed, for additional assistance
  • In-depth health and lifestyle assessment covering symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle, and stress levels
  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to support you in achieving your health goals
  • Personalised supplement plan, if appropriate, with discounts on recommended supplements
  • Review of current medication, potential contraindications, and interactions with food and supplements, if applicable
  • Coaching support to help you make and sustain new food choices and habits
  • Nutrition and lifestyle education to empower you with the knowledge needed to support lasting change

Please note that this 6-week programme is designed to be completed over 6-8 weeks, with options to extend your plan once it’s finished. The duration of this programme doesn’t necessarily reflect the full time required to optimise your health. I will review your progress at the end of the package and recommend any additional support if needed.
