Introduction

A nutritional therapist specialising in women’s health — midlife and beyond.

As a fully qualified registered nutritional therapist and nutritionist, I work with you as an individual. That means taking the time to understand your health history, dietary preferences, and goals, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. The result is a plan that actually fits your life.

Furthermore, my approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and functional medicine. I draw on the latest research to inform my recommendations. Learn more about what a nutritional therapist does →

Who I work with

Supporting women through midlife, perimenopause and beyond.

Many women find that their health shifts significantly in midlife. In addition, conventional advice doesn’t always keep pace with those changes. As a nutritional therapist specialising in women’s health, I work with women navigating the hormonal, metabolic and lifestyle changes that come with perimenopause, menopause and the years that follow.

I also support women managing a broader range of conditions where nutrition can make a real difference: Hormonal imbalances · Digestive issues · Thyroid & autoimmune conditions · Bone health & osteoporosis · Cardiovascular health · Blood sugar & metabolic health · Weight management · Energy & fatigue · Skin health · General wellbeing

So whether you’re managing a specific condition or simply looking to feel better, personalised nutrition can make a real difference.

What I offer

Insights to make sense of your health — and recommendations on how to improve it.

As your nutritional therapist, I use a range of clinical assessment tools to evaluate your health and identify potential nutritional imbalances. Where relevant, I arrange and interpret functional laboratory tests — including hormonal, metabolic and gut health panels — to further personalise your plan.

In addition, I’m trained by LifeCode Gx to offer genetic testing. This helps you understand how your unique DNA shapes your nutritional needs at every stage of life. I’m also registered with BANT, fully insured, and qualified to advise on professional-grade supplements where appropriate.

My approach

Supportive, practical, and non-judgemental.

Together, we’ll agree a personalised plan that brings together nutrition and lifestyle. It will be grounded in what’s realistic for you, not a textbook ideal. My approach is supportive, pragmatic and non-judgemental.

As a nutritional therapist in Moray specialising in women’s health, I’m here to support sustainable change. Moreover, I’m happy to work alongside your existing healthcare team. Nutritional therapy is a complementary medicine — it works with medical care, not instead of it.

Book a free confidential 20–30 minute call.

We’ll talk through your situation, and I’ll let you know whether I’m the right fit — or point you towards someone who is. There’s no obligation — at the end of the call you can go ahead and book, take time to decide, or I may point you towards another practitioner or your GP. I may ask for a little background information in advance to make the most of our time together. My priority is simply that you get the right support from a nutritional therapist who understands you.

Please note: I’m currently unable to take on clients with eating disorders or kidney disease.
