Turmeric latte can be a great warming drink for chilly days and a comforting and soothing way to include turmeric in your diet.
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 250ml milk
- 1/3 -1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract
- Pinch of black pepper
Method:
- Whisk all the ingredients in a pan on a gentle heat until warmed.
- Once hot pour into your favourite mug and enjoy.
