Turmeric latte

Turmeric latte can be a great warming drink for chilly days and a comforting and soothing way to include turmeric in your diet.

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 250ml milk
  • 1/3 -1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract
  • Pinch of black pepper

Method:

  1. Whisk all the ingredients in a pan on a gentle heat until warmed.
  2. Once hot pour into your favourite mug and enjoy.

Turmeric is usually well tolerated in amounts commonly found in food.
